In store customer service sucks too! I was in there 20 min and received zero help. Across the street is Hhgregg. I walked 20 ft and got excellent service and they will match any price. I will close my BB account tomorrow.

For a store that specializes in computers and tech support I am amazed your on line payment system is unworkable and lousy. According to the previous comments 90% of the people who try to use it agree. Are you trying to make it difficult so people end up with late fees or what.

I WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WHEN I WAS IN THIS WEBSITE, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 1800 ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD, THEY WERE AWESOME, THEY ASSISTED ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED, THEY EVEN WAIVED THE $15 TRANSACTION PAYMENT FEE OVER THE PHONE. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE WAITING TIME FOR TECH SUPPORT, 3 MINS WAITING TIME BUT I DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS CHECKING AND APOLOGIZING WITH ME EVERY 1 MIN. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It freezes once you click on F.T.U. and I wasted my time trying it twice today. I'm lucky I read the comments and found out I wasn't the only one having trouble. I thought I was doing something wrong. HEY, Best Buy; you're doing something wrong yet you're not doing anything about it!
