In store customer service sucks too! I was in there 20 min and received zero help. Across the street is Hhgregg. I walked 20 ft and got excellent service and they will match any price. I will close my BB account tomorrow.

Hey, I use it every month for 2 accounts. Haven't had any problems – yet. Site could be a little more user friendly. Probally design by someone that used to work on the California State websites.

you need to go to: https://www.hrsaccount.com/hrs/ecare (You will be able to create your login and be able to pay also. Make sure to put the site into your favorites so you can find it again..I did) THIS one DOES work!

Seems to me this is a deliberate measure to make paying online difficult and frustrating. If you're late….look at the late fees. Mailing my payment too. The site really sucks. Is anybody listening?

For a store that specializes in computers and tech support I am amazed your on line payment system is unworkable and lousy. According to the previous comments 90% of the people who try to use it agree. Are you trying to make it difficult so people end up with late fees or what.

It freezes once you click on F.T.U. and I wasted my time trying it twice today. I'm lucky I read the comments and found out I wasn't the only one having trouble.
